    New here from miami,FL

Hi y'all, I'm new in this forum. I have a s&w .40 cal, but I'm looking to buy a new EDC. I'm looking at reviews and trying to read a lot about the PF9. Any suggestions ???

Welcome to the Forums. There's a bunch of good people here and tons of great info. My best sugestion as to the PF-9 is pretty simple and straight forward....BUY ONE! No firearm is perfect, but for conceal carry, the PF-9 is about as close to perfect as you are likely to find. Light, very easy to conceal, accurate, reliable and a true pleasure to carry. When others have left their high dollar, bulky, heavy, hard to conceal handguns at home, or in their cars, I'm betting you'll have your PF-9 on you. I never ever leave home without mine.

Thanks Spirithawk. I've read a lot of good things about it (also bad ones). I was going to get the s&w 642, but after rent it in a local shooting range... I hated it. That's why I'm trying to rent it first, but I can't find a range that has it for rent.

See if they have a comparable gun for rent, there are several competitors with only slight differences, such as the manual safety on Ruger's and Taurus's copies of the PF-9. Recoil-wise, it should be very similar to the PF-9
