So if I have a problem with the gun I send it in at my cost? If I choose to replace parts myself, will they send me the parts?

That matches my past experience, but I wasn't clever enough to ask them to send a prepaid shipping label. I haven't had any Kel-Tec issues in quite a while and have since seen a few posts where Kel-Tec did cover shipping, so it's worth asking.

Even with expensive guns, like my Kahr PM40, I had to ask before Kahr Customer Service somewhat reluctantly agreed to provide a shipping label for my single warranty repair. Don't be shy.

Call first before you send it in. They might pay shipping depending on the situation.
