There is a HC 1st gen conversion on gunbroker:

I would like a second one, but, I bid up to the current price, ($320) not sure whose this is, but they want too much. Maybe RJ Hedley?

"Bill Stinson" on the box - where have I heard that name? I have read it and it has something to do with Kel-Tecs that I can't remember. I think he was an old-time member of KTOG.

Crap mine is a second gen I wonder if theres a way to make one work.
Hola AMIGO - I haven't seen you around for a while!
It will fit the 2G with a 1G grip installed - $30 from KT.

Okay, I couldn't resist, I met the bid minimum. The person doesn't sound like a KT Ranger, but maybe handed down, sold, or something.
Pocketgun, depending on you! I have a 2nd gen P3AT too, so if I order the 1st gen grip and move the 2nd gen guts over, the 32NAA barrell and slide will work??

Yup, that is my understanding. Sounds like you are going to be a member of the double .32NAA club soon!
I think Bill Stinson is a KT employee (or former employee), but I am not sure.

i'm curious about this p-32NAA... does it shoot regular 32 ammo or does it require some obscure special ammo? and why exactly would one do this to his p3at?
"What guns? I sold them all..."
the 32NAA is a necked cartridge, similar to a Sig .357, or 7.62x28, or the newer 5.7
the 32NAA basically is a .380 casing necked down to a .32 cal bullet.
Gives the .32 cal bullet a tremendous gain in velocity.

I have heard of the Kel-Tec in .32NAA but don't know much about them. Did kel-Tec manufacture the complete pistol or was it just a conversion?
South Carolina. The first state to secede from the Union, and hopefully the next.
Just a conversion kit for the First Gen P-3AT. Slide assembly, barrel, recoil rod/guide/springs. The barrel was the part that was unique. It uses standard .380ACP magazines. The factory hasn't made any conversions or even barrels for the Second Gen yet, and they don't seem to be interested.
Only a handful of conversions were produced. I have heard 25. Most of them are owned by members here and Kel-Tec employees.
