My New P3... Thanks Flyer! (a.k.a. The Great .32NAA thread)

Yesterday, I received my new 32NAA conversion from Flyer. It came just as advertised, unfired. He forgot his son had fired off one of the boxes so he through in a Hedley mag carrier, spare mag, and a cool hearing enhancer, that can be used under ear muffs. Here’s a couple pics of my new baby.

NAA on the right, of course...

Shown with the Hedley mag holder stamped "KT 32naa"

    To sum up, I got;

1 Unfired 32NAA conversion (Ultra rare, to say the least)
3 boxes of Corbon 60gr JHP
    1 Hedley mag holder
    1 spare mag
    1 cool hearing gadget

    For the hefty price of...

    $206

THANK YOU Flyer, you gave me the most amazing deal I have yet to find on a pistol. IMO.

It's a little late to go to the range, so look for a report tomorrow.

    Glad ya like it, rhinokrk!
If you're like me, you might start leaving the .380 version at home. The .32 NAA is a flamethrower!

    Flyer
    Rodger that.
As soon as I get more ammo through this rocket, it's in my pocket. This is one loud MF, and more controllable to shoot. Is it just me or is the 32naa more shoot-able than the 380?

    Range report:
Last night I put 60 32naa rounds and 50 Santa Barbara 380 downrange, through the same frame. The only issue I had was only 60 rnds of 32naa.

    Pre-firing prep work:
Polished the feed ramp and chamber, replaced the old school "ribbed" recoil spring guide rod (nice to have extra parts), and cleaned with Hoppes #9, soaked and heated with Militec-1, and lubed as required.

    Grouping:

both were within an inch of each other
    3 yrds, largest group 5"
    5 yrds, largest group 7.6"
    all rapid fire drills.
funny thing is the 32naa double taps almost touched each other. While the 380 were "spread" out.
    0 malfunctions.

    Overall thoughts:

The ONLY reasons Kel Tec doesn't produce this, In my mind anyway is: 1~NAA is a direct competitor to KT, with a specialized round. 2~related to 1, local ammo availability, in this price range many would not be willing to special order Corbon ammo.

Who is the manufacturer of this conversion? North American
    Arms? Or KelTec?

A while back, KT put together some FG uppers with barrels made in .32NAA, and sold the conversions to KTrange regulars. About 10 were made, a few have been sold to other members.
