    new toy

just bought a NIB p3at with an OD grip and parkerized slide to match my p11. its going to be my daily carry after i run some rounds through it and send my p11 to be cerakoted. it becomes my wifes new carry and she wants it duracoated pink camo. i like goldenloki's portfolio.

any recommendations on a holster for it? i intend to carry at the 6 just like its sibling.

More info at this link: Home of the Original Remora No Clip Holster. Mine is amazingly comfortable and stable with a Kahr PM40. It should be even better with a P-3AT. However, they are NOT tuckable, if that matters for a SOB holster. I never carry at 6:00, but others who do say this works well for them.

But, frankly, P-3AT's belong in a pocket. If you have to put up with the smaller cartridge, you might as well enjoy the freedom.

Hard to beat for $20 or less is the DeSantis Nemesis . . . you knew this was coming.

+1 on the nemesis... Hell why stop carrying the P-11? Carry both, I carry the 3AT when I don't feel like carrying. Usually strap the 1911 or XDm on when I want more firepower for the evening

I believe the P-3AT is just filling in for the P-11 while the larger pistol gets a face lift with a corrosion resistant finish.

yep. Im part of 5% of the population that has caustic skin (just found out) and it ate its way through the finish and started to cause corrosion problems.

i have been pocket carrying it. its pretty comfortable but harder to get to.

DeSantis Nemesis and/or the Uncle Mikes #1 works well for the p3at/ Also, the belt clip work well when you don't want to put the gun in your pocket.

    +1 to that!

I know that internet time will be limited for you at that point, and that you'll want to use most of it to keep in touch with your family. That is understandable, and we'll miss you around here.
