Who uses the Magazine Extension, and...

...if you do, do you curl your smallest finger up under it, or do you jam ALL three fingers up on the front of the grip (front "strap" area, I guess it's called??).

I use it only on my spare mag, not my carry mag. If I overlap my pinkie, I can just squeeze it on, thanks to my non-sausage fingers.

I use the +1 extension and that allows my pinkie to sit with my other two fingers and not feel left out.....

Markster, where did you get a +1 extension for it?

I think he misspoke when he said +1 for the mag extension.

I use the finger extension on my 3AT, but don't need it on the PF9. Still breaking in the 9......300 rounds so far. Really liking the PF9....have a pocket holster on order.

I don't use the pinky extension. I tried it but it hits in the middle of my pinky and is very uncomfortable. I don't think the pinky is necessary anyway since a person has little grip strength in the pinky. There is a very nice thread about modifying a Kahr PM9 extension for the PF9 mags. The PM9 extension is taller and thus may provide a good work around. Not worth it to me.

I don't use it simply because with the holsters I use the extension digs into me, with no additional benefit that I've been able to find for use. It's more comfortable in my hand, but I'm 6'1" and for my hands it doesn't actually provide a tangible benefit. I have one on some of my PF9 mags floating around only because I never bothered to take it off.
