KT PF9- best small 9mm for the money spent

    Hello Everyone,
I recently bought a Like new PF9 in a face to face deal for $250.00.
Came with case, two mags with finger extension plus regular mag bottom,
and a Don Hume IWB holster. Seller told me less than 100 rounds fired, and I believe
    him from what I saw.

Took it home and cleaned and inspected and lubed up.
Following day out to the indoor range.

I was feeling a bit worried with all of the issues of late being posted here.
Brought with me 110 rounds of WWB 9mm ammo to shoot, and my trusty
S&W model 910 ( to shoot if I was unlucky and got a lemon).

Well..... I never had an opportunity to load up the 910!

The PF9 was damn hungry....and ate and ate until the box was empty!
    FTF- 0
    FTE- 0
    Failures of any kind.....0

I did towards the end of my run squeeze the mag release a bit, getting sloppy
and adjusting my grip because this little baby like to kick!

Shot at 15 feet out to 50 feet.
The close range was very good, the longer range...was excellent.
At 50 feet I was able to achieve 4-5 inch groups of 5/6 shots...1 or 2 flyers.
Impressive for a 3.1 inch barrel, to say the least.

It's nice to have a gun that performs to my fullest expectation.

There are many guns out there just like mine...it's just that people don't take
the time to write good reviews as much as they love to write a bad review out of
    the anger they feel.

I sincerely doubt that Kel-Tec would still be in business if they did not produce
many more good and reliable weapons, than bad ones.

If I have any issues in the future...I will let Kel-Tec have the chance to make it right.
I will update when necessary. Pictures below.....

Glad to see your happy. Got my P11 back in August and have no failures with it either but only a couple hundred rounds so far through it. But also extremely happy with it also.

    And welcome to the forum.

I also have a pf-9 that is a hungry little thing, no failures at all. I have had this one for a week or so, may be 200 rounds through it, bought it used for 200.
It is my new best friend, we are inseparable.

The absolute best accessory for my P-11 is the belt clip that they sell.
The next best is the trigger shoe.
The P-11 is a fine, powerful gun for the CHL, CFP, holders.
Rides easy, dependable, 11 rounds, and has plenty of knock-down power with quality ammo.

Be safe out there carrying one.

Glad you like your PF-9. Welcome to the forums and be sure to introduce yourself in the New Members Forum. I've had my PF-9 for almost three years now. It's my daily 24/7 carry. I've yet to have a misfeed of any kind. Do I like it? I trust my life to it!

    PF-9 best small 9mm

I too agree that Kel tec would not be around if they manufactured sub par handguns. My PF 9 continues to amaze with consistent results no FTF and a very ocassional stove pipe. As far as 9's I also own a Glock 26 and although a "finer" hand gun, the capacity makes it prohibitive as an IWB carry. My only problem with the PF9 is a belt clip that I bought. I've applied lock tite blue and everything under the sun short of super glue and yet after a day at the range the clip loosens up! Go Keltec!

What state you live in, CA? Love my Gen 4 G 26 & no problem with IWB edc in Texas. We have no high capacity mag limitation.

BTW, my PF9 is definitely a keeper. Usually my BUG but can be a primary if concealment is limited.
