The link is broken, but he looks to be still making 'em. Just type "plr holster" in the search box on gun broker. Right now he's charging $80.
It almost looks like a Boy Scout merit badge project. I'm not a holster maker, but I believe that even I could do a better job.
It's not that it looks really bad. It just doesn't quite look finished. Like something was forgotten. And I think I could come up with a better design for the retention.
Perhaps this will be a summer project. Assuming that I can find one to play around with, of course. Although the PLR-16 will be my next firearms purchase, it just isn't in the cards right now, and won't be for quite some time.
