    Want to buy Kel-Tec sub9

I am looking for a kel-tec sub9 and am willing to pay a good price for one. Let me know if you are interested in selling and please dont confuse this with a sub 2000 i am not interested in a sub 2000. Incase you dont know the difference well the main difference is that the SUB9 has an aluminum reciever the SUB2000 has a plastic reciever. Thank you for your time. Tyler 720 257 303eight

Good Luck ! I have been shopping for one for several months now. Its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Those that have one dont want to part with them

Yeah im surprised theyre so hard to find when I sold mine it was because it was my least expensive gun and would be easy to replace. Oooops! Part of the problem is several reports on the net that they were $700 ish new and that they go used for more than that but these claims are pure BS! Mine was $350 brand new at gunstop enterprises 1997 or 1998. Also ive seen about 3 fairly recent ads on gunsamerica for the old subs and they were all $500 ish or less I think 2 were in the $450 range but they had all been sold. The good news is the ads werent very old so keep looking youll find one but dont buy one till I do.

Good luck let the hunt continue.

Good luck finding subs guys, I've also been looking for one for myself for awhile... I wouldn't pay more than $400 or so tho.

BTW, be sure and make a mando post in the new member's thread, keeps the admins happy .

That would be mandatory. If you read, which I know most people don't, all of the stuff that was involved in the sign-up process, it states that new members are to make an introductory post in this section.

It was a requirement from before I got here, and from what I understand, it helps the owners of the site to keep track of how many members are here. I'm not even sure if it's still necessary with the new software, but since nothing has come down from on-high that states otherwise, I assume that it is still in effect.

In any case, it's not a bad idea.

Are you speaking of the sub9 not the sub2000? I have had a lot of replies confusing the two. Thank you for your time let me know if its really a sub 9 and not the new plastic sub 2000. Ill take it if its a sub9.

The sub9 has an all metal receiver versus plastic on the sub2000.
